Attached by Velcro to trough.
Additional Foam Pad is highly recommended for crosswise usage to protect limb from lateral contact with trough. To use under thigh for comfort. To encircle lower limb with strap which inhibits retraction during procedures. Customers who bought this product also purchased Lower Extremity Unit.
