The Lower Extremity Unit (3lbs.) can be used in the operating room, following the patient into the recovery room and then patient room. Subsequently, it can readily be moved from use in bed to other home or office areas providing comfortable knee, ankle and foot support.

The Upper Extremity LIFT-A-LIMB® unit (1.5lbs) provides effective elevation, shoulder abduction and flexion. The arm unit reduces/inhibits edema and provides comfortable shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand support.

When used in place of a sling, this unit stabilizes an arm and transfers its weight to the body without stress eliminating shoulder strap discomfort.

The Upper Extremity Unit offers continual usage during ambulation and provides full support when unit is placed on a flat surface destination -- e.g., on a chair, couch or in a car --- on a table, desk or in bed.
